Several of our products can be ordered directly from the website, however certain items require a level of customization that can only be accomodated over the phone. If you are uncertain whether an item can be directly ordered via the web, simply give us a call or send us an email and one of our team members will be happy to assist you!

Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as well as payment by check. Credit card payments are processed directly online or you may opt to telephone your credit card to us instead.

If you choose to pay by check, select CHECK during checkout, then you must print out your receipt upon completion of your order, and mail payment in, referencing your order number. Your order will be processed after your check has cleared the bank, usually 7-10 days after receipt.

Our Return Policy
Because our products are custom made for each customer, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. However, if anything is not right, it will be corrected at no cost to the customer. All that is required is that the customer contact us and then after receiving return authorization, return the incorrect item to us.
